At the end of the recipe list your name, address, and state and if you invented the recipe or where you found it. The format for each recipe submitted should list quantity and type of ingredients and the directions for preparation.

All recipes will be posted on fibrofog.com each month.

Please! No dessert recipes with sugar or heavily laden sugar recipes.

1. Taste
2. Nutritional content for fibros
3. Time preparation
4. Availability of ingredients
