Broccoli, Cauliflower Salad
Serves 16
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 cup chopped red onion
¾ cup raisins (white or dark)
sauce
mix together
½ cup light Miracle Whip or Mayo
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ to 1 cup of chopped pecans
(add pecans to mixture right before serving)
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size chunks
2. Dice red onion
3. Chop pecans into bite size chunks
4. Whip sauce and fold in broccoli and cauliflower
Potential healing power
