Potential healing power
Beets are reported to be a great treatment for tired-all-the-time
symptoms such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, anemia, and leukemia.
A great way to eat beets is raw as in this recipe. Eaten raw they may
make a powerful blood builder and cleanser and tonic.
Some sources claim that beets have been known to increase the cellular
uptake of oxygen by as much as 400%! Any extra cellular uptake of oxygen in fibros would be of great benefit in reducing symptoms. Another great way to get oxygen into the body is drink water and lots of it.
